Built Around Florida Grass, Not A Generic Schedule
Most of Tampa Bay is planted in St. Augustine, with pockets of Zoysia and Bahia depending on the neighborhood and how much shade a yard gets. Each grows differently, and each punishes the wrong mowing height — cut St. Augustine too short in July and you’ll be fighting stress and weeds by August. We set your mowing height and frequency based on what’s actually growing in your yard, then adjust with the seasons.
Weekly Or Biweekly — Your Call
Tampa Bay’s wet season (roughly June through September) pushes most lawns to weekly mowing to keep up with growth. In the drier months, many customers step down to biweekly without any drop in appearance. We’ll recommend a frequency at quote time and you can adjust it any month.

Questions About This Service
It depends on the grass type. St. Augustine generally does best at 3.5–4 inches, Zoysia around 2–2.5 inches, and Bahia around 3–4 inches. We set your mower deck accordingly and adjust seasonally.

We avoid mowing saturated lawns since it compacts soil and tears wet grass. If your day gets rained out, we reschedule within 24–48 hours.
Yes — badly overgrown lawns usually need an initial cleanup cut priced separately from the ongoing plan, then settle into the regular schedule from there.
